Medium-Throughput Six-Channel Nanopore Sequencer

The desktop nanopore sequencer, PolyseqHive, was launched by Polyseq Biotech in late 2024 as a medium-throughput sequencing instrument, Featuring a modular six-channel design, each run can accommodate 1 to 6 PolyseqCell chips, with independent control for each chip. Building on the advantages of ultra-long read length, real-time direct sequencing, and low cost, PolyseqHive offers flexibility, high efficiency, and ease of operation. It provides an enhanced solution for medium- to low-throughput sequencing requirements in scenarios such as inspection and quarantine, life sciences research, and clinical studies that require long-read sequencing capabilities.
