The Barcoding Library Preparation Kit includes specialized nanopore sequencing adapters compatible with both Polyseq ligation-based barcodes and transposase-based barcodes. With the action of DNA ligase, these adapters can be directly ligated to barcode-labeled samples. Following purification of the ligated products, library construction is completed, after which sequencing can be performed on the nanopore gene sequencing platforms developed by Polyseq Biotech Co.,Ltd.
