The PolyseqX2 Nanopore Gene Sequencer is a flagship product launched by Polyseq Biotech to further expand its nanopore sequencing product portfolio. The new model retains a lightweight design and features a dual-channel architecture, supporting the use of 1 to 2 newly launched high-throughput, Biological nanopore chips (PolyseqXCell) per independent run. Building on the advantages of ultra-long read length, real-time sequencing, direct sequencing, and low cost, the upgraded chip delivers higher data output efficiency and greater accuracy. It is particularly well-suited for expanding the application of sequencing technologies such as T2T genome assembly, full-length single-cell transcriptomics, and resequencing across various research fields.
