Since the release of the first medium flux nanopore sequencer, PolyseqOne, in January 2024, Polyseq Biotechnology has had in-depth exchanges and sincere cooperation with its partners, carefully polishing product performance, user experience, and stability. Since last month, Polyseq Biotechnology has successively delivered to more than ten customers. Researcher Yu Yang from Guangzhou Women and Children's Medical Center, as a user of Polyseq Biotechnology's PolyseqOne 001 sequencing machine, has started to fully carry out scientific research applications on the PolyseqOne sequencing platform!

The first officially delivered PolysseqOne has been running smoothly in YUlab, mainly used for whole genome sequencing, transcriptome sequencing, transposon element detection and other directions in fruit flies and mice. Currently, the average effective sequencing unit of a single PolysseqCell chip is>1200, and the average output data is 15G. The accuracy of sequencing data compared with genome databases has shown advantages, and the read length distribution is also comparable to other sequencing platforms.
